For over 30 years, our work - both individually and collaboratively - has been
grounded in helping to foster respectful work relations. We bring that focus to all our training, emphasizing what makes people
most effective in their working relationships and what is best and most productive in their organizations.
As
trainers, we believe people learn best when they "do process" and our teaching approach balances theory with practical
application. Our workshops are filled with customized, interactive exercises that allow participants to see and experience
new skills in action. Hands on learning helps new skills take root, and - just as important - it's fun and energizing.
As educators, we embrace a variety of training methods in order to address the full spectrum of adult learning styles.
Through presentations, demonstrations, small group exercises and large group debriefings, our training processes are designed
to create interaction, insight and maximum participation. Exercises are also specifically designed to encourage participants
to see the bigger picture and recognize the concerns of others.
We know skill development is a process, not an
event. Applying new skills in the workplace takes practice and time. To that end, we also work with clients to develop opportunities
for follow-up and support. Our goal is to ensure participants leave our workshops energized and motivated, ready to draw on
the collective and individual knowledge that is in their workplace.
